8ft Trampoline and Enclosure £99.99

I've just had a leaflet through my door for an 8ft round trampoline and enclosure for £99.99 at Focus DIY stores. This offer only seems to be valid instore as I couldn't find anything on their website.

The price is valid until 5/6/06 so be quick!

I'm gutted as I've just spent £140 on one from sweatband fitness

I'm currently looking around for an outdoor activity for my two to put in the garden, problem is I have a 2yr old and a 10yr old so it's difficult to get something to suit both.. I think these trampolines would be too much for the 2 yr old but that does sound a good deal. :money:

I've got a soon to be 8 year her old (her birthday pressie) and a 2 year old who is completely fearless ....hence the enclosure.

Think I might see if I can return my other and go and buy this instead.

My just turned 2 year old DD loves trampolining / bouncy castles (and has done for months). A good enclosure at that age is essential to prevent them bouncing off/out.

Also you *must* supervise them the whole time they are on the trampoline, and impose a strick one bouncer at a time rule!

Thanks to OP as this looks like a great bargain!

I am really tempted I must admit and I showed my OH a pic of one (on Argos) and it say's 6yrs and older  I think that's a bit excessive don't you? I am sure my 2yr old would be fine but he's well under this recommended age!

BTW: Argos are doing them for £129.99 but they're out of stock at present. http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3681385.htm.

  • It's worthwile checking the weight limit as some of the cheaper ones (but not all) are only around 10st I bought one for £160 last year from Toys r us and they will handle 15st.

Just in case you also want a go!

Good thinking.. I think I'll phone Focus and ask what they've got available and whether I'll be OK to have a go with my fat ar*e !

The one that I'd already bought is this one reduced to £145 from £320 (so the website says anyway!). It can take upto 16 stone, the padding is a decent 2.5 cm thick and it also includes a raincover. Free P&P and cashback through quidco!
