As it lags Nationwide, to be expected.
Still, nice to see anyway.
I'd expect Nationwide to start declining soon for the winter slowdown, but LR may raise for a month or two afterwards.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Good thing auction prices aren't achieving record highs above guide price or anything then, isn't it....:D
And with a mere 350 repo's sold at auction in the last 3 months, it could hardly impact the prices of the 225,000 or so houses sold through normal channels anyway.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Interesting part of the data is the break down in sales by price range.
Sales of houses of property from 0-£200K seem to be driving the market (FTB?)
Over twice as many property under £50K were sold compared to this time last year.0 -
