    So, what happened today then?
"Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."

    Exactly what I was wondering! ! ! ! !
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

It's all to do with the way telephone calls are handled.

5,000 members of staff who work in the Jobcentre Plus benefit delivery centres are being transferred to dedicated call centres. That's means you'll no longer be able to speak to your "local office" ... live in Birmingham and your query could be answered in Glasgow etc etc.

And those offices chosen to be the new telephony centres will have their processing work transferred elsewhere ... so send your application form to the Norwich office and it'll end up in Cardiff.

    Bonkers.
