Back to the original post.........

I've received a leaflet in the mail informing me that on Wednesday 24 to Friday 26 May, Debenhams will have up to 25% off throughout the store.

Cardholders will be able to get a free £10 giftcard when spending £100 or more during these days.

As usual - lots of hot offers and long extended opening hours!!

These are happening a lot but its worth it if you are waiting to buy something in particular.

I went into the Debenhams in Cardiff today and the 'Summer Spectacular' has already begun! 10-25% off most ranges.

It is already on on the website - that is if the website doesn't crash on you as it keeps doing to me!

Beware, Debenhams Website is awful. Painfully slow, things show as in stock but then you get emails a day or so later saying out of stock. If you need to chase an order with more than one item you invaraibly have to call two seperate call centres. Customer service response is variable, and thats being kind.

Personally, if you can get to a store instead make the journey rather than risk trying to deal with their website and all that follows.

Finally, a point that may interest is that it would appear much of their furniture is the same as is available from Kays. Since there are often Kays discount codes around you may get a better deal from the Kays website. Also I checked 3 items and even with the 'Spectacular' discount from Debenhams over the next few days their prices were still more expensive than on Kays prior to any discount.

Has anyone seen if topshop included? They have been in previolus events but sometimes they have a sign saying that are not taking part.

Watch out at Leicester Debenhams for the Leicester Sound stand, they are giving out free goody bags with cosmetic samples and a weeks pass for a gym when you enter a prize draw. By the escalators in menswear, not trying to sell you anything.

Yes they are, but instore only (you'd be amazed how many people ask)

Our store is extending the Mega Day into tomorrow (Truro - Desire), might be worth checking other stores too!
