Important news for Natwest cardholders if you have had your limit reduced!

I recently received a letter stating that my credit limit was to be reduced from £2000 down to £350. I never missed a payment and paid off in full every month. So of course I rang up and complained. The advisor could see no reason as to why this happened. So she put in a request for it to be reinstated. Well I made the call on Saturday and today I rang and they confirmed there has been some errors with the system and lots of people have had their limit reduced by mistake. They have now put my limit back to where it was!

So if you have received a similar letter, ring them up. So long as there is no reason you can think of for them reducing the limit, it should get reinstated!
