whilst i can't take advantage of this myself (my feet are too big for the sales boots!) i thought i'd add that docs are very hard wearing and have a superb resale value on ebay!

Do you have to pay for sending them back if they are the wrong size - just wondering if I get the wrong size how much it would cost to send back these boots!
Do you know if they are narrow or a fairly average fitting?
    Thanks for your help

Bought some Dr Martens last year. Had a problem with a faulty zip. Their customer services are fantastic. They paid for the postal return of my boots and returned them ,not repaired, but replaced with new ones. The postage cost was £8 registered. Could have sent them 2nd class for around £4.
Thanks for this great find. Have ordered a pair for me and for my daughter. Hope the sizes aren't too small though.:T
  • lovley boots, but i allways have issues with leg size, so would need to try em first. thanks anyhow op!

    Hi,
Can you tell me what the top leg measurement is on these? Are they quite generous?

    Thanks Debsx

you can get a postage paid label to return these and yes I would say they are narrow fitting. I have very skinny legs and can get into these with a little room but I changed my size 5 for a 6 so that the length of the foot fitted better and also so I could wear socks .

Received both pairs of boots today. They are really good, I usually take a 7 but ordered the eight. They fit perfect, quite wide legs too, not for the thin girls!!

This might be a bit of a stupid question, but are they leather? It says leather wrapped heels, but I want to know if they are all leather?

    Thanks.
