nice one 'theloft'........its all well and good if your spending more than £5000 a year on fuel and food.
totalling to near £420 per month a year on food and drink!
always read small print:
"Cash back will be applied at a rate of 3% to all purchases of Food and Fuel up to a maximum spend of £5000 per annum and thereafter at a rate of 0.5%"
Skiddy0 -
Dont you mean up to 5K a year on fuel and food?0

either way, its the best cashback deal I have seen for a while. I have applied for mine!!
I will use this one for fuel & food and my other 1% card for everythign else!!
Now thats Moneysaving!!If you found my comment helpful, please click the 'Thanks' button below :T0 -
Sounds good to me. You get 3% on your first 5000 on food and fuel, thereafter 0.5%
That's just under a 100 per week food and fuel. I wonder how they decide what is a food purchase?
To get more you and your partner could both apply for an account each.0 -
skiddy2k - very nice one !! I think you have a little egg on your person !! I believe this means they will only pay the 3% for the first 5K, that will cover my fuel expenses a few times over !!!!"0844 COSTS YOU MORE"0

i was was rejected for this card on the scoring..i applied online and it seems they are fussy with applicants as my credit rating is a1 and i have never been rejected for cc previously....has anyone else been rejected for no reasonable reason?0

Sounds good to me too - I've done quick sum and reckon it'll earn me £150 per year in cashback. Equivalent to a £3K ISA.
Pity I've just applied for more stooze money, think I'll wait a month or two before applying.Happy chappy0
