Windsor & Maidenhead have decided to outlaw Car Clampers in the Royal Borough.
They will face the threat of an ASBO! :T:j
About time too, let's hope it catches on in the rest of England & Wales (clamping is already illegal in Scotland):

Pity about the use of Fines and Illegally Parked but its a very good start. Lets hope they are successful and it migrates to other towns, could even put a stop to the Tower Hamlets scandel where they act as a ppc, clamp and tow privately.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
