  • Perfect! Best possible solution for the vast majority of people.

But for alot of people there will be problems.

Take me for example, Ive had bank ac!!!!s with RBS and Clydesdale, I no longer have accounts with them and have since moved home. How would I get my money back? Cheque through the post? To where?
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
  • Jeese, im a fully paid up Labour Party member and here I am praising the Tories!

I had my head in my hands when I read the 'no further challenges' idea.

No negotiated agreement between anybody can deny consumers their legal right to challenge any aspect of the charges at any point. And to think this was some kind of bargaining tool only goes highlight how ill-conceived this whole idea is.

It will happen regardless of the issue anyway. It's time for a change in government.

  • It is just point scoring by the tories. Nobody ever seems to look at the cause of bank charges.
