    Tesco digital doesnt work with Apple Macs so couldn't download it at home.

    Managed to log on through work laptop.

    Then asked to download Tesco Downloader which I can't do as I dont have the right level of authority - and no, the nazis that run IT at my work won't let me install it!

    So, £3.97 shelled out and no Muse :(

    Play, Amazon and iTunes are all a lot more straightforward.

    Utter disgrace.

    It won't let me register on the site. Keeps telling me the password looks wrong, when there's nothing wrong with it...

    I too had problems but got there eventually. Downloaded the installer using my Mac and copied across to the PC to run it. They need to get it working on Macs though, and also provide the installer from the same web site as the store.

    On the passwords, you need to have a password of a certain length, with lower case, upper case and numbers. A bit over the top for security on a shop.

    For all those who prefer the hard copy CD to put on their shelf (Like me!) then I have just managed to get it for, in effect, £5.39 from BangCD online. Listed price is £6.99.     Just phoned Tesco Digital customer services.
    Straight through and a very friendly guy offered a refund with no trouble whatsoever. Fair's fair!

    Anyone know what bitrate Tesco sell? I've spent ages searching their site and they don't seem to say what it is anywhere! Maybe it's not very high so they are covering it up?

    I gave up searching for the bitrate and bought this album.

    So far the first and third tracks have failed to download ("Can't connect to server.") but track 2 has downloaded and seems to be at 256kbps, which I guess is good enough for me. Hopefully it will retry and download the tracks that failed...

    Just checked my order status - looks like its out of stock as estimated shipping date is appearing as 23/9/09!:mad:. No indication of stock status all the way through the ordering process, so I'm a bit miffed as I've got to wait a while. If I'd known, I think i'd probably have paid a little more to get it sooner. Rodcam - I'm sorry if I've pointed you towards this and you've been caught in this situation.

    PS - I have sent an e-mail to customer care to complain about lack of stock status on the BangCD site

    Hope everyone gets their albums soon, I went for the ltd edition one with the dvd off the Muse shop and Its such a wonderful album:D

    Cant wait to hear/see these songs live in November!
