My other one's have got water in them and gone a bit black as a result, where can I get some cheap new one's from? Can you buy them online, or is it a journey to a car spares shop?

    Hi,

You might get more help with this on the Motoring board, so I've moved your thread over there.

For basic ones I'd try your local car spares - likely to be cheaper than anywhere else. Maybe eBay or other online sellers too, all depends on your local area and competition.

If your wanting England flags and EU signs etc, make sure you read the legal plate requirements from the DVLA website. EU and England Flags etc are legal, Chelsea FC footie flag isnt (and your car may come in for some damage! Ahem!).

i have used fancyplates.com for my car and motorbike. can't fault them. they do legal style* plates without the need for showing all the documentation.

*NB not *strictly* legal as they don't have the manufacturers name and postcode printed on them but no mot station is going to fail you if they are the correct size, font and spacing
