Default Boots - toys very very cheap

Get yourselves to Boots, the toys were cheap last week but now they are practically giving them away AND they are 3for2

I just got Peppa Pig Spaceship, Cars Mack and mcQueen playset, Fisher Price Press and Go animal train, Playskool Tonka Thing, Fifi Jigsaws, Duplo Garbage Truck and some transformers all for UNDER £20

Please tell us which Boots this was?? I have been keeping an eye on my two store (in Newbury) as now is when they can clear stuff out to make way for Xmas but there has been a few bits and pieces but nothing major. The Peppa Pig spaceship was still £20 in all the Boots I have been in over the last week

They had a lot of reduced toys in the Metrocentre store today. Off the top of my head, they had a Crayola Easel for 3.67, Tomy Teletubbies Aquadraw for 6.50ish, Teletubby Teletummies (tinky winky and dipsy) for 6.30ish. Also quite a few In The Night Garden, Fifi and the Flowertots, Charlie and Lola, Peppa Pig, Lego and Doctor Who items. Seems to be 75% off.

I think it was old Christmas stock from last year because they had signs up saying it was not 3 for 2 and the offer related to 2008 (the boxes had the green parcel sticers on which usually means the items are 3 for 2). BUT, I got 3 things and they went through 3 for 2.

I want a signature but don't know what to write in it Hmm..... let me think

Hi, the only Mr Men things I remember seeing were talking ones. I think they had a toy phone and made a ringing noise when you squeezed them. They were 7.00ish. There was also 1 or 2 other Mr Men toys, but I cannot for the life of me remember what they were. Sorry!

I've obviously missed a toy sale in Lincoln, but did get Charlie and Lola trays of coloured wooden letters reduced to £4.90, on 3 for 2.
http://www.boots.com/en/Charlie-and-...t-Wood_123098/

All the Lego and Duplo they had was still full price.

Edited to add:

Does anyone know whether there's any point in travelling to Nottingham, Sheffield or Peterborough?

Theres not much left at Peterborough but they had the fur real kittens for £5.70, not sure if there will be any left though.
I spent £32 & my friend spent £53 got absolutely loads. With 4 children to buy for its been a huge help. all toys were on 3 for 2 aswell. No lego in Peterborough though which was the real reason I went lol.

The Metro Centre had a mixed variety of stuff left. I got the last Dr Who Scene It dvd board game for £9.06 (currently it is £36 in Argos!), plus Science Museum make a bug for £2 and a Dr Who battery operated toothbrush at £2 instead of £8. They went through on 3 for 2 so i got one of the £2 items free - fab! Most of the stuff left was for younger children, but they were still putting more things out, so might still be worth a visit.

I got the following two items in uxbridge today 3 for 2 and when i left this morning they had about four fire stations left and about 10 night garden sets. Those were the only reduced things i could see.

Durham Boots shelves were bare of toys but I did manage to pick up;

Lovely flowered sun blinds £1.75 from £6.99

Pink Childs step £1.25 from £4.99

Universal raincover £3.25 from £12.99 and some bargain £1 clothes.

There was also 75% off bedding, new thread here
