(1) Do civil procedure rules apply where you have to provide your evidence to the other party?
(2) I have been advised because of Serious Legal Issues that it should go to the County Court.
(3) As Consumer Focus and the Energy Ombudsman are involved that they are reluctant to issue warrants.
(4) Company is still billing the debt.
(5) Also issued a County Court Summons as well so chasing it in three ways!
(FSA and others also involved.)
Any suggestions regards J have thought about contempt of Court due to the way they are pursuing also non-compliance with Code of Practice and no statutory letters. (Can be proven from timeline.)
Any suggestions seem to have good case but if the CPR apply I know how I will further play it!
