Eon discrepancy - letter vs online

I just received a confirmation letter from Eon with regards to our new energy product we changed to: FixOnline 3.
However, the letter states the prices are fixed until 1 August 2010 whereas up the website it states prices fix until 1 December 2010.
I just double checked the webiste and it does state 1 st December 2010 and also kept a screenprint.
Can one of the Eon reps confirm price is fixed until 1st Dec 2010 and not August?

Sorry you have received a letter with the incorrect end date for Fixonline 3 discount. :sad:
I can definitely confirm the end date is 1 December 2010.
A system error caused a batch of incorrect letters to be sent out. I have just come into the office and found a brief from our technical bods advising this.
Another letter will be sent out within the next 28 days confirming the correct info.
Again, sorry for the inconvenience but I hope this clears it up. Give me a shout if you need any more details.
