Nationwide internet banking problems

                    Anyone having problems with Nationwide internet banking at the moment. I've been with them for more than 5 years and never had a problem before but in the last few weeks i've had some problems checking my account balance online..  It just tells me there is an error for the flex account, but esavings is fine.

            Hi,
 Having similiar problems with Nationwide banking. Seemed to start about 2 weeks ago and is still poor today.
 Previous performance over many years has been excellent.
 Nationwide standards starting to slip?0

            The statement history feature on my FlexAccount doesn't seem to be working correctly. The last statement available is from July 2008.
 Access also seems to be pretty slow at the moment.0

            Showing as " Internet Banking Fault " on their Home Page.
 Second time in a few days this has happened.0

            We have also had problems with Nationwide Internet Banking for most of Tuesday.. We have lost faith with Nationwide's Internet only accounts and have chosen to place a maturing bond with Alliance & Leicester as they are always able to transfer into 'internet only' accounts in the branch. After ringing the call centre 3 times and driving down to the branch, we still couldn't get any further in our quest to reinvest the bond money.
 I had to try very hard to persuade the call centre girl to transfer me to the local branch and also had to request a supervisor to call me back. This call came the next morning and we were recompensed with an amount equal to a couple of days' loss of interest and our trouble with phone calls etc.
 It still hasn't restored our faith in Nationwide's Internet Banking system as yet.0

 Just like some of the customer service advisors I spoke to in the past...0

            I can't even access the log in page today, i've still got my fingers crossed they are working out how to sort out faster payments for the 070116 sort code... Then again some pigs and cows just flew past my window 
 And its been going on for more than 5 days like the article above said. The service is usually so reliable, its never been down for as long as i've used them apart from pre planned times. hopefully they will have it sorted soon...0
