There is probably something in the small print on the website referring to 'errors and omissions' to cover them.

Do you really think you should have it for free?

If it was free there was no contract to hold them to - a contract has to have 'consideration' - ie payment.

Why because you took advantage of what was an obvious website error. My god i know this is a moneysaving website but where does blatant greed stop.
Anyone in their right mind would of known it was an error and not booked it as there was no way they would honour it.

There was however a thing on the BBC news site about a hotel in venice honouring a 1p hotel room error.

Perhaps if you had been honest with them in the beginning, contacting them to query what was obviously an error they may have felt inclined to offer you a discount then, by way of thanks?

anyone in there right mind, who are you god! yes it was an error but not mine, if a flight is advertised for £1 and you book it and then they change there mind and say actually it is £100.00 it was computer error would you say the same doubt it!

    There's a bit of a difference between £1 and £0. (errrm. £1 to be precise! :rotfl: )

One is £1, which could well be a special offer, and one is free - which is obviously an error!
