I have a 4 bedroom detached bungalow.
I need the roof cleaned, the tiles are 9 years old and need power-jetting. They should come up like new if the job is done properly.
Best quote is £450 cash. I have used the chap before, he replaced my cladding and did a sterling job, cleared up afterwards too.
Any thoughts?

If your paying him CASH and he's saving at least 20% tax, split his saving down the middle and offer him £4000

Concrete tiles / Clay tiles should be treated with care, do not powerwash the roof in an upward direction and don't put the nozzle of the power washer too close to the surface or you'll end up blasting the surface off.
Best option is to clean with a stiff brush as this will be less likely to damage the tiles.
All the best with the cleaning job.Keep smiling,

Power washing your concrete roof tiles is a BAD BAD idea . Before you even consider having this done I`d recommend you speak to the technical department of whichever manufacturer produced your tile .
I don`t know the intricacies but I do know that if you power wash your tiles then Marley , possibly the largest tile manufacturer in the Country , will invalidate your guarantee which originates as a 50 year guarantee .
I`d really not want to risk a 50 year guarantee only 9 years into the lifetime .
Please proceed with caution
