claiming while in a debt management plan

can charges on banks and credit card accounts and PPI etc be reclaimed when you are in a debt management plan.
a very dear friend is now in a plan and has asked me if the charges etc can still be reclaimed. doubt it????

Yes they can be reclaimed but the money would in all likelihood go to the DMP but the overall balance will decrease as a result.0 -
