Telewest Blueyonder PC Guard (not free)

Dear Customer,

Following on from our recent communication, we wanted to remind you that the free trial of blueyonder PCguard Premium Services (Anti-Spyware, Anti-Virus and Parental Controls), will soon come to an end.

Starting from early May, blueyonder PCguard will prompt users of the service to select, which Premium Services they wish to keep and subscribe to for an additional monthly fee.

You will not need to do anything until blueyonder PCguard asks you to, and you will continue to be protected until PCguard notifies you. Please follow all PCguard instructions.

Firewall and Pop-up blocker will continue to be free for all broadband customers.

Charges for the Premium Services will be as follows: Anti-Spyware £2 per month, Anti-Virus £2 per month and £1 per month for Parental Controls.
