Garden Water butt

I was lucky enough to find a 200 litre blue builders barrel on a skip once. I say builders barrel, but it must have originally held some sort of chemical, and this one was obviously used by a builder & I've seen builders using them before.

Question is where can I find another 3 of these for free? I'd rather not have to pay 15 - 20 quid for the garden centre type.

No Problem, find a local food or dairy manufacturer, almost with out exception they will have empty 200 Litres chemical containers, which can be washed out and used for water storage.

Almost certainly if you talk nicely to them you will get them FREE, because they have problems removing them from site, and usually take up room in their storage areas. :money:

Thanks, I'll keep an eye out, Now you said that, I think I remember seeing them on TV at a Food processing plant. :T
