Dig into your pockets and check those 20p coins...apparently, if you find one without a year etched onto the Queen's side you can trade it in at the The London Mint Company for £50! But it's limited to the first 10,000 applicants...so get checking....

    I amthick i know, but how can they afford £50 for return of the 20p? Why dont they just leave it?

    It's not the Royal Mint paying £50, it's a company, which will sell them for even more to collectors

    Looks like they are trying to sign people up to a coin club. You need to registar before you send the coin back. They are only accepting 10,000 sign ups and you can sign up even if you have not found one.

    Are you 100% sure? The date must be missing on the Queen's side...not the reverse (which doesn't have one anyway).

    Positive !!! got a wad of change at the bank the other day with about 20 x 20 pence pieces !!! must have been in with them.....no date on either side and the exact same as the website illustration. :j:j:j
