xreg domain name regsitrars - useless!!!

can anyone help me with xreg.co.uk
I registered some domain names with them. I ended up selling a few of them. I asked the seller to sign up for a xreg account so that I could transfer ownership of the domain to them for free. first time I tried this, it did not work, and the domains have vanished out of my account (not in the buyers account). Second time, it looked like it had worked but the buyer has not received the domain in their accout. In both cases, the domains are registered to me still in a WHOIS look up.
Apparantley xreg are owned by coveria. xreg have not responded to the contact us bit on their website, and have not responded to my letter of complaint to the registered office of coveria.
how can I take this further?? the domains are useless if there is no one in the company who is actually going to help me!!

I think that may be a scam of sorts, the site is really bad looking, a P.O Box
no telephone number, just looks really iffy, and the IP location is in the USA.
