The iTunes Festival is a new type of music festival. It's free to attend, running for the entire month of July and to be enjoyed from anywhere in the world via the web. Gig tickets are NOT available to buy, but you can win them by entering STA's competition! PLUS they are giving away an exclusive iTunes branded 16 gig iPod.

    Terms and Conditions

    1. The competition is a free prize draw and is organised by STA Travel Ltd of 6 Wrights Lane, London W8 6TA ("STA Travel")
    2. By entering the competition entrants agree that they have read and fully understood these terms and be bound by them. If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions then you may not enter this competition.
    3. This competition is only open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 18 or over. Excluding employees of STA Travel, their families and anyone else professionally associated with this competition.
    4. The prizes are:
    a. Seven pairs of tickets to the iTunes festival
    b. One 16gig iPod, exclusively branded for iTunes festival
    5. The competition closes midnight on 1st July 2009.
    6. No cash or other prizes alternatives are available and are strictly non transferable. The prize is subject to availability. STA Travel reserves the right to exchange prizes for others of equal or greater value.
    7. Entrants are only eligible to win one prize per entry.
    8. The winners will be notified by email and/or by phone by the 3rd July 2009 where correct information has been supplied upon entry. If the winner cannot becontacted by STA Travel after reasonable attempts to do so within 7 days, a second winner will be drawn - if after no contact is made after reasonable attempts to do so by the 18th July 2009 the prize will be forfeit.
    9. The winner?s name and prize may be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the published closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Apple iTunes competition, Marketing Department, STA Travel, 6 Wrights Lane, London W8 6TA.
    10. STA Travel reserves the right to use the names or winners, for publicity purposes only.
    11. You may enter the competition as many times as you like however where a winner has been selected and STA Travel discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner has used any software or automated process either to answer questions or to make bulk entries, STA Travel may select an alternative winner. Any further winner will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner and will be subject to these terms. STA Travel reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or illegible entries. STA Travel?s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    12. STA Travel shall not be liable to any entrant or winner for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of this competition.
    13. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail

    Looks to me like this is a new comp for July with a similar prize.

    site says "competition closes July 31st 2009" - perhaps they have extended the comp?

    can't open the t+c to double check if the same comp as sweetiepie's

    It's saying that I've already entered this competition, so it is a duplicate. Has anyone sent a merge request?
