    Unless you use the CPI as your rate of inflation of course.

    Unless you go out and buy something, to find that it doesn't quite goes as far as you'd hoped, however what I agree with is if your money is in the bank as savings towards a house then they are worth more, as that asset continues to deflate over the coming years.

    Just wait! Lots of price drops in my area I am witnessing (North Wilts)

    From here on in, we will have a couple of minor rallies, here to 2011-2012 its all down baby! ;)
