Just to let you all know not to give up, Halifax have keeled over and refund all my bank charges, i am so happy i could scream, well actually i did lol

i used all the letters on the link in the bank templates library, use the Letter - Preliminary approach for repayment first, then wait then use the letter before action and if they still do nothing take them to small claims if it gets this far pm me and i will be happy to assist.
