Dispute and bad feedback

i was just wondering is a buyer can give me a negative feedback if i put a dispute in with paypal ? This buyer brought a item of me about 4 wks ago, she too took 1 wk to pay as setting her bank and details with paypal, then a few days later she paid then a few days after that paypal took it out og my paypal account luckly i didnt post the item as i had been working all day for a few days, well she told me she had to wait till paypal gave her her money back which would take about 10 days well that was 12-13 days ago now, she aint answering my emails either so what should i do ?

Can you start at the beginning please..firstly are you the seller as you mention you want to do a dispute with paypal (what for?)

Sorry i am the seller sold a pair of jeans to this buyer, she did pay once she opened a bank account with paypal but had to wait days, then all of a suddened the payment got reversed as paypal paypal reversed this, then the buyer said i had to wait for my payment about 10 days till it went bak on her card from paypal, well i have been waiting now about 13 days and she said the payment would take 10 days to go back to her card and no reply from buyer ? In that case open a full NPB dispute on ebay immediately. If buyer does not respond to that she cannot leave you any feedback. soolin is correct, they can only leave you feedback if they have responded to the dispute, even then, if they leave you a neg or neutral you can appeal to have it removed if they have not explicitly stated that you were at fault in their reply to the dispute.0

The buyer paid though, then the payment was reversed. Couldn't they use the original transaction ID to reverse a Non Payment dispute?0
