I have been in the process of paying bills this afternoon and while browsing on the net I looked at the clothes in the Next catalogue, just as I was about to hit the buy button for some new tops I quickly came on here, if it wasn't for this board I would have been spending again, now I think I'll spend a morning looking round the local charity shops.

I find it often saves me a bundle just to look at the contents of my wardrobe - especially the pushed-to-the-back stuff.
It's good fun assembling new outfits from what you already have. I'm keeping a spreadsheet this year of what I spend on clothes, and the total to date since 1st Jan is £31.50, which was January sale things to replace worn out "slobbing around the house" garb.
I haven't bought a new outfit to go out in for a couple of years.
I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

Just had a clearout of the wardrobe and made £45.00 on Ebay, I don't really need anything, just getting a bit fed up with wearing the same things, hence the charity shops.Paid off so far Natwest overdraft £1900 Kays catalogue £200 Personal Loan £2500 Tax Credit £1300 J D Williams

K9 it's worth googling for a code
Something like "voucher for Empire" etc will often bring stuff up
Or "offer for" and even "free" and then the site name
try a few variations
sometimes you get a hit on the oddest of combinations
