Can anyone help.

I have £21.50 in club card deal points (equivalent to £80+ in days out tokens)

Alton Towers price £9.50, I would like 3 tickets,so say nearly £30, however when and try and do the deal, I don't have enoght vouchers.
Anyone know why.
thanks

You would need £28.50 in clubcard tokens (3 x £9.50) and you only have £21.50
  • thanks, but it does state £5 is worth £20 in Deals.

Yes but the vouchers cost £9.50 in clubcard vouchers.

The £9.50 is not the 'end' cost but the upfront cost.

Every£9.50 in Clubcard vouchers gives Alton Towers Resort 1 Day Entry Token

Alton Towers is one of the 'buy in full' deals so £9.50 in clubcard vouchers buys a 1 day entry token (£9.50 x 4 = £38, normal entry is £36, so thats where the 4x comes from). With the other deals that aren't buy in full you order £5 with clubcard vouchers and you will receive £20 of deals tokens. So with £21.50 in clubcard vouchers you could exchange for only 2 alton towers tokens and the other £2.50 would be recreddited to you clubcard account for next time or you could use it for £10 of other deal tokens that aren't buy in full or if you didn't use for alton towers you would be able to exchange your vouchers for £86 in deals tokens (although I think they can only be ordered in multiples of £2.50 voucher/£10 deals) so £80 deals and £1.50 recreddited.
    Hope this helps
