What is the best cure for aching feets and legs pls?????

I've just started work and loving it! But its being spoiled by my feet and legs aching so much, by the end of the day my feet especially, are killing me!!
Has anyone got any ideas of what I can try/do to solve this please?

    peppermint oil rubbed in to your legs will help....look in body shop they used to do a nice one....if not holland and barret sell peppermint oil and a base oil to put a few drops in...dont rub it on neat....a pedicure might make your feet feel more sprightly...in some where like scholl i dont mean having your nails painted iykwim

    Thanks Tess! I've only been at work for 2 days (been a stay at home mom since the Jurassic period! lol But it's really spoiling it, I am an my feet all day too so I know that won't help, I'm definitely going to try that with the oils, and my friend has just told me M & S footgloves shoes are great, so will try and get a pair of them as well,

    Nope, they aren't high shoes about an inch wedge type but I know I need a decent pair, first thing on my shopping list when I get my first wage!! If i don't get the m&s pair can you recommend a decent place that won't cost the earth?

    cool water soak, feet up for half an hour and Hotters shoes, soft tops and soft bottoms
    make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
    and we will never, ever return.

    I recall having that when i started to work in a department store after years at home. THE PAIN WILL PASS!. I also recall lying flat on my back with my legs up against the wall for half an hour when i got home to help the venous return so you could try that.
