peppermint oil rubbed in to your legs will help....look in body shop they used to do a nice one....if not holland and barret sell peppermint oil and a base oil to put a few drops in...dont rub it on neat....a pedicure might make your feet feel more sprightly...in some where like scholl i dont mean having your nails painted iykwim

Thanks Tess! I've only been at work for 2 days (been a stay at home mom since the Jurassic period! lol But it's really spoiling it, I am an my feet all day too so I know that won't help, I'm definitely going to try that with the oils, and my friend has just told me M & S footgloves shoes are great, so will try and get a pair of them as well,
Thanks again for your advice0 -
Nope, they aren't high shoes about an inch wedge type but I know I need a decent pair, first thing on my shopping list when I get my first wage!! If i don't get the m&s pair can you recommend a decent place that won't cost the earth?0

I recall having that when i started to work in a department store after years at home. THE PAIN WILL PASS!. I also recall lying flat on my back with my legs up against the wall for half an hour when i got home to help the venous return so you could try that.0
