Hi, I drew out £200 out of my account from one of the cash machines, I wanted more but £200 was the limit.
If I got to ASDA and buy some beer and ask for £100 cashback, would they give it me? I mean would it process considiering the fact that I've already reached my maximum withdrawal limit from a cash point.

OP, you are not very clear, where that “limit” comes from. Is it the daily cash withdrawal limit allowed on your card (I thought all banks had at least £250 or 300) or is the limit due to “available funds”?
If it is the former, yes ,you can get additional money as cash back from a shop, as this will account as a purchase. There are no daily limits to purchases, as long as you have the funds available. But, £50 is the max any shop will give you as cash back and you will have to purchase something on top of that.
If you haven’t got the funds, no, you cannot beat the computer through cash back in a shop. Even if the purchase (including cash back) was to go through, you will be overdrawn, hit with charges and the bank might ask for their debit card back.0 -

Yes mate - you can ask for it to be increased. Whether they do it or not is a different matter though. Its all to do with their risk. 2010 - year of the troll
