Just don't leave feedback. It's a non-transaction if neither of you are going to go ahead, so I wouldn't bother... feedback isn't compulsory after all.
It's also not enough to simply state in your listing that you don't post outside of the UK. You'll need to set your buyer requirements to exclude non-UK bidders. Can't remember off the top of my head how to do this, but I'm sure soolin or someone else will be along at some point and help.
As for cancelling the transaction, I'm not sure what your best course of action would be, but again, somebody will no doubt be along soonish to help you out with that.

This comes up a lot. Have EBay removed the boxes that you can tick so that you only sell to the UK and block overseas bidders?
If you can still do that then I'm afraid OP you are at fault and not the buyer.0 -

The problem is the settings appear in two different places... on your preferences, and on the listing. If you forget either, you might as well have done nothing. Invariably, new sellers miss one!My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

However the quick answer to your question is, yes, the buyer can still leave feedback. If you go for a mutual and the buyer doesn't tick the right box you also get to pay your FVFs.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
