hi
just wanted to ask what to do about this :mad:
got Ad on the 17th April :T this morning i get a
letter from JB Debt Recovery saying one of my
debts had been sold to them by Capquest,
now i know for a fact i only had one big debt CT
and a wee one to the bank and my OR knew
about them
What do i do about this letter. we have never heard anything
for over a year now and now we get this :eek:

Doesn't matter if you have been discharged, send a copy to your OR and ask him to tell them to go away. Also might be worth sending a copy of your bankruptcy order to them as well, recorded delivery.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I dont think so if it was pre BR0 -

All you should have to do is send them a copy of your BR certificate.

come after you.
