Looking for some software the other day and stumbled across this site. Seems like some very good advice and also some very good programs - all for free (alternatives for IE, Nero, Mcafee etc).
Hopefully someone will find it useful.

I feel like such a fool.
Still better to have shared something already known than keep a secret from many. Or something with the same message but more poetic.0 -
No such thing as a stupid post here, mate! Besides, there are so many posts posted each day that you have to be a daily reader to see them all anyway. Just because it's been mentioned before, doesn't mean everyone has read them, does it?If I had 8 hours to chop down a tree, I'd spend 6 hours sharpening my axe0

Nice to see an experianced user eating "humble pie " !
As a newbie I made mystakes and still do but in a community help site like this a little tolerance for new members should be the norm !

Agree but somethings I just stumble upon in the first page whilst browsing and find extremely useful without a prior intention to search for them like the subject of this post. Thank you to the OP of this post.Browntoa wrote:but it is worth searching to see if anybody has posted the same thing before
Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????0
