What beauty treatments should I have?

Hi all I am getting married in August and I would like to know any beauty treatments you think I should get?
I am thinking fake tan though will this rub off on my dress?
Also I was looking into the facials I think they are called Crystal clear, think it is a form of micro derminbrasion (I could be wrong)
Anyway I would like to here any suggestions that you think, I dont have any areas for problems I just want to feel special and sparkle!!

Start exfoliating now. Eat right, limit alcohol, don't smoke and get plenty of exercise and sleep. A regular massage before the big day will help you relax too.
If you want to brighten your complexion the easiest way of doing this is by using a glycolic peel - Boots (No 7) does a good one, you can use this on your chest and back as well for perfect wedding day skin.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

I've heard people say you shouldn't get facials too near your wedding as it can bring out spots that are under the surface?

I will have a look in boots for this, I have been using a micro scrub everyday from Philosophy which I love and my skin is so smooth from this. I do exfoliate though only once a week maybe I should be doing more?VfM4meplse wrote: »Congratulations!

I would recommend a body brush brush vigorously toward the heart (but use your commons sense here, go easy over veins or skin that is compromised) 3 times a week. Keep a bottle of olive oil in your bathroom cabinet and use that as a body moisturiser, you'll be amazed how soft your skin becomes. Don't worry, you won't smell.
I usually buy the glycolic acid peel when it is on a 3 for 2 promotion - £16 each last time I think - has a free gift on purchases over £30 and I can use a £5 voucher. That covers me, Mum and sister nicely!! :beer:Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
