national lottery.co.uk is for the site to play the games/buy your tickets.
camelotgroup.co.uk is the website of the company that actually runs the lottery.July Wins - Stargate Universe DVD Set0 -

ok tuppie first of all, what you've got there is an automated response, as you can tell by the fact that they think you got this link through an email, when you didn't get anything through an email. We would like to advise you that the email you have received is in no way connected with Camelot or The National Lottery
Probelm is you didn't recieve an email in the first place, this is just a typical response that they use to fob people off. - Most email services suck at giving a real answer - phone calls are the way to go to get actual answers.
tuppie if possible could you email them back with the following rebuttle and ask them to consult senior officials before replying with the automated response.
freeview channel 45 is called National Lottery Xtra - provide this link to prove there is a channel by this name - http://www.national-lottery.co.uk/player/p/results/tvshows/nlxtra.ftl
this is where the competition was announced, and if the competition is not legal, then why have they allowed their registered trademarked name to be used on a channel, that they would've been required by law to sign on off on.
_________
Just out of interest what did you email them tuppie, as firstly they think you recieved this via email, then they ask you not to send any money, which isn't even required in the first placeJuly Wins - Stargate Universe DVD Set0 -
I have just seen this on channel 45 and the email address at the top of the thread is the one given on the show.
**** EDIT - SORRY - ADDRESS IS ACTUALLY WINTICKETS@CAMELOTGROUP.CO.UK - I.E. PLURAL OF TICKET. ONLY CAUGHT IT ON SCREEN FOR A COUPLE OF SECONDS FIRST TIME ROUND
