An OP on here has three ordinary plant pots, each smaller than the other, stacked as a strawberry container.

Guttering for Strawberries sounds like a good idea. Just a couple of questions from a novice for you.

Would guttering be deep enough to grow strawberries or do they need more depth?

I also assume that one would need to drill holes in the bottom of the guttering for drainage.

Nodwah's original post is here. I was really impressed and have created my own version this weekend:

I was lucky enough to win gardening vouchers just before Christmas.

Today I went to buy some pots to grow potatoes. I came across these bags in Dobbies:

I bought the pack of three potato bags and the pack of two herb bags.
They also do strawberry bags - which look the same as the herb bag.

I am going to use one of the herb bags for stawberries.

I have a small garden with quite a bit of it wasted in driveway (I have one small car). So I have decided to put some of the driveway to use to grwo veg as it gets the sun.
