I actually want to say well done to the girls on the phones here. I am sick of speaking to complete morons on the phone these days: Scottish Power/Microsoft/Virgin Media/Dell/Vodafone, all useless. It gets to the point where I actually get nervous when I have to phone a call centre. Its like "oh no what I'm I going to get this time?".
What happened to decent Customer Service?
Why do I pay good money to speak to liars and wasters whenever I have a problem?
