Default 2for1 Mr & Mrs Smith boutique hotels

Boutique hotel broker Mr & Mrs Smith is offering 2for1 nights at selected hotels in the UK, Europe and Morocco, with special codes from Telegraph.co.uk. It’s possible to save £100s on posh rooms, though this is because the places are pretty pricey in the first place!

Where & where?

The offer’s valid at 70 hotels in the UK and Europe, for stays until May 31, 2009, excluding bank holidays.

A few examples (links are to tripadvisor.com):
Many UK hotels will only let you stay Monday to Thursday under the offer; read the individual listings for details. Nearly all worldwide hotels are valid any day.

How to grab 2for1 nights

First, peruse the list of hotels on offer and pick the one you fancy. To book, call 0845 034 0700, quoting the passwords found on the special Telegraph.co.uk page.

The offer entitles you to one free night when you book another one, though apparently some hotels allow you to get four nights for the price of two; ask check when you call. You need to book before 2 April.

Also read other current deals:
Travelodge £19 rooms
& £2.75 Posh London Hotel

For permanent ways to save, see the Cheap Hotels guide

This deal was originally found by the guys in the newspaper thread and this post was created to give MoneySavers the full lowdown. Thanks for the spot!

Hi
I went to website and it says that you need to pay £15 to be a member to take advantage of offer. Is that right?

Thanks!

Hi Leicester,

Anthony from Mr and Mrs Smith here. No, you don't need to be a member to take advantage of the offer. The £15 gets you extra benefits, such as free gifts at Smith hotels, but there's no need to pay out to get the two-for-one offer. Rates are the same whether or not you're a member. Hope you find somewhere nice!

Hi Anthony

maybe you can answer me a question, have booked the gore hotel on the offer, but on my confirmation it says no tax or service included, I know the tax bit but what is the service likely to be?

thanks

Hi Dipsy,

Hope you have a great time at the Gore. Service is discretionary, I understand, but if they do add anything to the bill, it won't be more than 12.5% (which will, of course, be optional). Please let me know if this proves not to be the case, though. It's a fabulous place – you should really enjoy it.
