Preston, Riversway had them in this morning. There was a lady handing them out at the newspaper stand near the customer service desk.0

Plenty of them in the Stratford (East London) store - a guy promoting them by the papers. It's the hardback version which is on the Amazon website for £13
This store is a small one, so I'm guessing most will be doing this offer0 -
