I never really bake - certainly never made any biscuits before, and I just made the easiest biscuits in the world ever! lol.
Quite simply :- 1 cup unsalted peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, 2 egg whites ,
mix it all together, form into biscuit shapes and bung it all in the oven for 10-15 mins gas mark 4. This has made about 20 biscuits. They are quite sweet ( still yummy tho!) I'll probably use a bit less sugar next time.0 -
