Terms and Conditions

The offer is open to all students, undergraduates and recent graduates aged 18 or over. Employees of the Shell Group of companies, Shell contractors, agents, advisors, persons assisting with the offer and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
To register for the offer you need to submit your personal details at https://www.shell.com/careers/chinesenewyear any time between midnight on Monday 16th January 2006 and midnight on 28th February 2006.
No purchase necessary.
Only one phonecard per person.
Only a limited number of phonecards are available. These will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.
The maximum value of each phonecard is US$2.
Call rates vary from country to country. Phonecard usage subject to telephony service providers’ terms and conditions.
Phonecards cannot be used for calls within/from China.
Incomplete, illegible and late registrations and those not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. The promoter's decision on all matters is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter is Shell International Limited ("SIL") of Shell Centre, London, York Road, London SE1 7NA.
SIL may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer or these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason before the offer closing date.
SIL shall not be liable for any losses, taxes, expenses, liabilities, inconvenience or any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by any offeree as a result of these terms and conditions, registering for/taking up the offer or using the phonecards.
SIL does not accept responsibility for (a) lost, late or undelivered registrations or (b) any technical or access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might hinder the ability of an offeree to register for/take up the offer or to use the phonecards (c) any event which may cause the offer to be disrupted or corrupted.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
