Balance transfer problem

I recently applied for a Virgin CC to do a balance transfer on a Natwest card, gave all my details. Heard nothing for 2 weeks so assumed i was refused
In the mean time i got a barclay card and did a balance transfer. Now the Virgin card has come through and paid of my balance again, my original Natwest has a positive balance now!
Whats the best way to solve this? Im guessing you cant pay off the Virgin credit card with the natwest to settle the balance ?

Interesting this - because the BT I did a month ago has shown on the card I transferred to but neither of the two cards I was supposed to have paid off with the BT have been credited. So my debt is, effectively, double as I have a statement showing I owe the new card as well as both 'old' cards. Fortunately I did make minimum payments or I would have been in deep doo doo. It was not one of the above mentioned cards! belongs to a big store that does blue cross sales!
Transfer done (and accepted) 31st Dec;)
Called them 22nd January:rolleyes:
'Old' cards still not paid off - 1st Feb:rolleyes:
So the debt on my siggy is technically double!:o
Incidentally I have been told on the phone that my interest and phone call charges will be paid. I just DO NOT intend to phone again though - I will write.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

My problem is that:
Natwest +2300
Virgin - 2300
Barclays - 2300
Whats the best way to pay off the virgin using the unwanted positive balance?0 -
Hi, I ended up in a similar position and Natwest paid the positive balance into my bank I then made payment to other card.0
