LG-RH 188 firmware update problems

in Techie Stuff
i have searched for the update, found the file and went through all the instructions ie burning to cd+rw (iso, changed name of file , labeled the cd etc etc) i then put it in the dvr > home>music>disc it says do you want to update, i say yes; the it says press REC button three times(i do that) and then it fails saying CD INSPECTION FAILED and ejects the disk. why??? plz help. my firmware ver is 60417a ; loader: sl36
