My iron's just died

Any recommendations of a good one I can go and pick up on the high street right now that's cheap eg Tesco Morrisons Asda etc. Don't need anything fancy but I've a large pile of ironing with my name on it! thanks

Asda doing Irons for under a fiver atm. along with kettles, sandwich makers, the list goes on..4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0

I swear by Tefal irons. Got our last one half price from Tesco Direct but Argos were doing them for a similar price. The Ultraglide sole plate is brilliant - it doesn't stick unlike loads of other sole plates.

Yep. Tefal for me too. I've got an Aquaturbo 200 and its great. The Ultraglide sole is good as said above.
And before anyone asks, yes I do the ironing in our house.:p0 -
I have and would recommend the Philips GC3232 iron. Good value and nice to use.
