Replacing Printer Ink Help Please!

Hey all, Happy New Year.
I purchased a new all-in-one printer scanner a few months back, the HP Photosmart C4280 (here). The black in cartrige is out and of course I'd prefer not to pay an extortionate amount for replacement!
Could anyone kindly recommend a decent website for purchasing replacement ink cartriges for such an HP printer? Also, would you recommend getting the "non-genuine" HP cartriges?
If it saves money then i would also be interested to learn how to refill the ink manually, is that possible with this model of printer?
Thanks very much for your help!

7 day shop sell the 350/351 cartridges at a decent price.
Some HP cartridges are chipped that prevents them being refilled, don't know whether these are like that. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -

That's the information on how to do it. Essentially you need their kit (needle and syringe I guess) and a bottle of ink. pretty straight forward! Thanks!0
