Just dial "contact" page gone crazy

Hi,

I just set a query to Just Dial Saver via ther "contact" page on their website and now I am getting hundreds of emails from care@justdialsaver.com telling me they will contact me in 2 working days.

there seems to be no other way of contacting them so I cant even tell them that their e-mail system is going nuts!!

Any advice?

    Try this special e-mail address that MSE got them to set up. But dont hold your breath

    & you are now going to have to 'BLOCK SENDER' because spammers will get hold of your email address!

    happened to me & i get lots of 'viagra' spam every day!!

    Its a bit poor really - especailly as Martin is guiding us towards them as a best deal. Surely a best deal must be made up of the following elements:

    Price
    Quality of product/service
    Quality of support

    If any fall below a certain standard then surely it should never be recommended!?!?!

    After a call to one-tel I was told to use care@just-dial.com This did not work either. I have also sent an e-mail to the MoneySavingExpert website address and you can read the gist of it below (remember it is an e-mail thread and is therefore in reverse chronological order!!

    I would suggest anyone tinking of leaving their provider to move to Just Dial consider long and hard. As with no customer support at all you will be up S**t creek if anying goes wrong or you need to ask a simple question!!!

    I just switched over to you from BT on the recommendation of Martin Lewis' web site. I cannot send e-mail to your care@justdialsaver.com or your form on your website and you provide no other means of contact. As a new customer I obviously have some questions about your services and find the inability to reach you unacceptable.

    Why is this. This is a pretty poor start for me as I expect a bit better customer services than this. I tried before Christmas as well and it was not working then. Is there a problem that Martin and his web site need to know about? Should they remove you from their recommendations?

    I also am not happy that since I have mailed you (unsuccessfully) I have starred receiving all sorts of SPAM in my mailbox from companies selling sex aids and Viagra etc. This has not happened to me in over 2 years of using this e-mail address but remarkably it happened the week after I sent a request for support to you. Are you selling my mail address? Has someone hacked your system and is stealing your customers data. Is this illegal in respect of the data protection act?

    This mail was sent to Just Dial Saver and I think you should be aware that they offer no means of contact at the moment and it also seems they may be selling customers e-mail addresses to spammers. Is it a good idea to be recommending such a company?

    The special address you provided does not work nor does their care address.

    I'm most unhappy as I switched over yesterday and it now looks like I'll have to start all over again.

    After talking to the guys on 0870 996 1000 which I believe is a one-tel number they have told me that I need to send an e-mail to care@just-dial.com .

    We will see if this works. It seems crazy that the interactive "contact form" on their website sends your request for help to care@justdialsaver.com and also mse@just-dial.com does not work.

    This is really poor.

    Just tried the care@just-dial.com as told to by One tel and this does not work either. I really think that such a company deserves to be removed from your site. I have been trying to get hold of them for 3 weeks.

    This is a bit of a joke but is not funny as I have gone to a lot of time and effort switching from BT.
