1. You may not enter unless you are at least 16 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom. To enter the promotion you must be registered member on https://www.samsungmobile.co.uk

2. This promotion is a free prize draw. No purchase or fee is necessary to enter this promotion.

3. The promotion begins on December 2nd 2008 and closes at 11:59pm on December 21st 2008.

4. Employees or agents of the promoter Samsung Electronics and their partner companys, their families or households, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

5. The promotion is performance based. Registered participants will need to find hidden Christmas presents on https://www.samsungmobile.co.uk and on linked product- and event-micropages. To collect a found present it needs to be clicked. Instructions will be displayed within the found present.

6. All participants who find the hidden Christmas present and confirmed the finding by clicking it, can win one of the daily prizes. The offered prizes will be shown on the promotion micro site on the Prizes page. At the end of the promotion runtime all participants will have the chance to win the main prize: A one week journey to Dubai for two persons (estimated time: May 2009). The main prize will be raffled among all participants.

7. Only one entrant per household. In the event that an entrant from the same household as a previous winner is drawn, this participant will be disqualified. Another qualified entrant will be drawn from the entries as an alternative winner. Also only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries by the same person for example with multiple registrations will lead to disqualification.

8. Winners will be contacted via e-mail after the promotion has ended.

9. The winner needs to confirm the receipt of Samsung’s e-mail and the acceptance of the prize by replying via e-mail (either confirming the postal address or giving an alternative postal address in the UK within two weeks from receipt of the notification.

10. If the winner explicitly refuses to accept his prize no alternative prize can be offered. This applies for the daily prizes as well as for the main prize.

11. In the event that a winner does not respond to Samsung in the way described in 9, Samsung reserves the right to disqualify this person and pick the next qualified winner from the competition entries. The replacement winner will be contacted by e-mail by the method described above, and will be given a period of two weeks in which to reply. If the replacement winner does not respond to Samsung within the given period, the procedure described in 9 will be repeated until a valid winner is found.

12. The prizes are subject to their own terms and conditions and there is no cash alternative.
13. In the event of the prizes being unavailable Samsung reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of similar value.
14. Samsung will announce the winners user id on the promotion website and/or on the event page on the Samsung mobile-website.
15. The prizes will be dispatched to the confirmed postal address of the respective winners as insured mail.
16. The decision of Samsung is final and Samsung shall not enter into any correspondence about the result. Samsung accepts no responsibility for entries lost, misdirected, illegible, late, mutilated, or altered. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

17. Samsung shall not be liable for any disruption to the promotion, whether due to technical or other problems which are beyond Samsung’s control. In the event of any disruption to the promotion the promoter shall use all reasonable efforts to eliminate the disruption and resume the promotion on a fair and equitable basis for all participants.

18. By entering this promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of the terms and conditions may, at Samsung’s absolute discretion, result in forfeiture of any prize.
