"Lost" Icesave payments

Anyone know what is being done about payments that are in limbo? I had an interest payment sent out from Icesave 7th October which never arrived, and it has not been recredited to my Icesave A/C.

Thanks Jenny, that does make sense, and the interest that was "missing" was for the wrong amount anyway.:T0
