Where can I get one apart from the IR – I have just received a (completely incorrect) notice of overpayment dated the 8th... leaving me only another 12 days to appeal.
I have asked them for a form but can’t rely on it getting to me on time.

ABove link to form is not working (Tax Credits Ebsite seem to have moved it). I've tried to download the appeal pdf form on their own site link but this comes up with errors too. Does anyone have a copy of the form on their local drive that they could forward if I pm? ThanksIntegrity is a dying art!:p0

Theres a shortage of forms apparently so don't bother waiting just send a letter in saying you are disputing the overpayment.
I work in overpayments and regularly get letters as well as the TC846 form.
You can also go into your local enquiry centre and they can send through a dispute request to the overpayments section too. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Thanks Pam, shall do. I'll hand deliver it to my local enquiry centre as I think xmas mail may not honour the 1st class stamp assumption of delivery within 48 hoursIntegrity is a dying art!:p0

Ah well, must just be my pc not wanting me to download, still getting an 'object error'. I got through to TC on phone this morning and must say spoke to a really helpful young lady who listened to my blubbering panic and confusion before reassuring me that she'd send out everything today and because the conversation was logged, I won't have any unwelcome notice landing on my doorstep for Christmas.
I shall of course have to wait and see whether the forms materialise but my impression after today's call is that it would be so nice if it was that easy to speak with our local benefits centre.Integrity is a dying art!:p0
