I get this message when I try to log in 18185. This is the first time it has happened. What should I do as I do not wish to proceed further if the website is not secured? Thanks

What's happened is that they've allowed their certificate to expire. It was issued on 11 October 2006 valid for two years and expired yesterday.
This is almost certainly an oversight on the part of Finarea and they'll have to purchase a new one. In the meantime, access to the website will still be encrypted & secure.0
